PAYMENT & CONTROL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THE HEALTHCARE (PCIS)

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: Deployment and maintenance of hardware infrastructure and development of software for HIF governance, financial management and control of the budget expenditures, covering Budget Execution, Centralized recording of Budget institutions and Funds, Commitment management, Liquidity and cash management, Execution monitoring and reporting, Account management and maintenance, and Budget accounting. PCIS is fully integrated with the Treasury Information System (TRIS) in the Ministry of Finance (MoF).

HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM (HIS) INCLUDING ERP

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: The HIS modules: Patient scheduling, appointments, waiting lists, Patient identification and Registration, In–Patient management, Recording, Transfers, Out–patient administration and management, Preparation of discharge documents, Stationery, Laboratory and Internal Pharmacy. The ERP modules: Financial Management and Commercial Operations.

EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS PROJECT
Implemented in: SEE University Tetovo OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: Equipment and textbooks for children with visual impairments were deployed and supported in the state school for children with visual impairments “Dimitar Vlahov” in Skopje as in 4 other elementary schools country wide. Software solution for register of children with impaired vision with a module for outpatient examination was also implemented. In addition, Duxbury Braille Translator for Windows that converts a text into braille, braille translation program, was deployed and trained for. STATUS: Completed
EDUCATION MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (EMIS)
Implemented in: Ministry of Education and Science, agencies under the MoES and primary and secondary schools OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: Deployment of a complex system to support the core business processes of MoES, including complete management of human resources (teachers, no-teaching staff, inspectors), finances, annual plans and text books, and students. The EMIS collects, verifies, and processes the data, exchanges data with other relevant institutions (Ministry of Finance, State Statistical Office, Ministry of Health) and generates reports. It offers/ enables supervision of processes and procedures that are under the responsibility of the State Educational Inspectorate STATUS: Completed, maintained and upgrading

Implemented in: Eurolink Insurance – Skopje (member of Grawe Group), Uniqa Insurance – Skopje, AD Osiguritelna Polisa – Skopje, Croatia Insurance – Skopje. OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: OSIS is a general insurance application software suitable for small to medium non–life insurance companies. It covers the Tariff System, Calculations and Policies, Claims, Re– insurance, Legal services, Premium Accounting, reporting Module and Statistics, Defining Plans and targets, as well as Investments Software and ERP modules such as Financial Management, Fixed assets, Payroll and Personnel. LIFE INSURANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (OSIS LIFE)
Implemented in: Uniqa Life Insurance – Skopje, SIGAL Life UNIQA GROUP Austria–Tirana Albania, Croatia Life insurance – Skopje OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: OSIS Life is a web–based application software for life insurance suitable for small to medium life insurance companies. It covers the Tariff System, Calculations and Policies, Claims, Premium Accounting, Re–insurance, Legal services, reporting Module and Statistics, Defining Plans and targets, CRM Portal, Frontend Portal, KPI & Dashboards, as well as Investments Software and ERP modules such as: Financial Management, Fixed assets, Payroll and Personnel. OSIS Life also includes System Module: administration of roles, users and access levels, notifications, documents and exchange of data and integration of other systems. SINGLE WINDOW FOR LICENSES FOR IMPORT, EXPORT AND TRANSIT
OF GOODS AND TARIFF QUOTAS – EXIM.GOV.MK.

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: EXIM (Export-Import) is a web based one–stop–shop system for submission of applications and issuance of licenses for import, export and transit of goods in/from/through the territory of Republic of North Macedonia. The system is used by all state bodies that issue such licenses and by entities that import, export and transit goods that are under regime of licensing. The system covers distribution of quotas for specific imported goods administered by Custom Office.

TREASURY INFORMATION SYSTEM (TRIS)

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: TRIS is a comprehensive system serving as a backbone for recording and processing of all financial transactions related to the budget of the central and local government, line ministries, spending units and public funds. The system is based on the Treasury Single Account, composed of more than 15.000 sub–accounts used to process public revenues collected through the commercial banks, budget transfers and expenditures and other incoming/outgoing transactions for over 1.500 budget users, thus serving as their “bank”.

PORTAL E–TREZOR

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: Portal e–Trezor is web–based application, integrated with TRIS, software for submission, control and management of plans, commitments and payments of budget users. Using this Portal budget users can electronically submit, digitally sign, track the status and manage their plans, commitments and payments.

ACCOUNTING SYSTEM FOR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

TAX INFORMATION SYSTEM – DANIS

Implemented in: Public Revenue Office

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: DANIS is a complete set of modules for the needs of the Tax Administration: the Unique Taxpayer Register and the Integrated Tax Ledger, which constitute the core of the Tax Information System (DANIS), specific modules for processing of different taxes and fees and common modules for administrative procedures, data exchange with other institutions, etc.

PORTAL E–PDD

Implemented in: Public Revenue Office

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: e–PDD is web based application for complete administration of personal income tax. This portal is used for applying, processing and assessment of personal income tax. It includes authorization and authentication of various types of users (individuals, companies, PRO staff, SMI). It also includes module for return on VAT for individuals and module for administration of state help regarding COVID–19 pandemic.

E–TAX UPGRADE

Implemented in: Public Revenue Office (PRO)

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: e–Tax is web based application for e- services including submission, processing, automatic generation of tax forms. This application provides taxpayers with data for his status, debts, etc. Also, all documents generation by PRO are automatically available for taxpayers.

INFO DISPLAY INFORMATION SYSTEM (IDIS)

Implemented in: Ministry of Justice

OBJECTIVES AND DELIVERABLES: The IDIS serves to inform the clients about all work activities in the Ministry of Justice and gives information about scheduling, required documentation and history. The solution has a possibility to be used as a standalone solution, or a solution that interacts and reads the data from the existing databases of the Court Information System.
